Pardon my ignorance, I know the JC requires live cover for registration but does the US agency in charge of live animal quarantine have the same requirement? It seems illogical to require that a stallion who might be a disease carrier cover mares - in effect, potentially infecting them as well...CoronadosQuest wrote:

i'm a little confused. i don't see an issue with a tour group making a sweep past his paddock. people want to see him, and with enough distance kept between him and people it shouldn't be a big deal.
