For something to do, I thought I'd start a discussion on Munnings.
He has been having a pretty good year, although Finite finished 4th in the Fairground Oaks(G2), he sired the winner anyway in Juddmonte's Bonny South, both fillies are out of Tapit mares. Then on the west coast, he has Venetian Harbor, who is pointing towards the SA Oaks or Fantasy Stakes.
He is a pretty solid stallion for Coolmore, he has about 7% SWs to foals aged 3+. What I never realized is, he hasn't shuttled, or if he has they aren't of racing age. That is pretty unheard of for Coolmore stallions, does anyone know why?
Another thing I realized, if Holy Bull wouldn't have brokedown in 1995, Munnings wouldn't exist. His dam was from that first crop convinced in 1995.

I've been keeping an eye on him. He is turning out to be quite a nice broodmare sire!

Munnings's head and neck look to small for his stout sprinter body and especially his big bootay, and so that gives him the slight appearance of ugliness.

Whenever I've seen him, his coat has never been nice, he always has a gut, but you can see his ribs. I just don't care for him physically. I already acknowledged that he is quite a nice sire. He's proven himself, so what I think of his looks is just anecdotal at this point.

Another dude with a gut is Noble Mission, who I thought looked pregnant in this video. Might just be my eyes, though.

No, it's not your eyes.
That is the chubbiest Galileo I've ever seen.
What is Lane's End feeding their horses? Cheeseburgers and fries?

Seriously. Waaaay too fat and cresty.
These are world class farms, you'd think they'd take the stallions being fat more seriously.
