tachyon, thank you for the link to that Coolmore brochure. That has the most gorgeous photos of their stallions, and I am impressed at the extent of their operation. If I were to take a trip to Ireland, scheduling a tour of Coolmore would top my wish list.

I was impressed by that beautiful online-brochure, too.
It seems that Coolmore perfectly knows how to promote stallions!!

I am glad I am not the only one. I was doing screenshots of other horses to compare, and he’s definitely got a bit of a “curve” backwards. Still a classy horse!Miss Woodford wrote: ↑Sun Nov 19, 2023 12:17 amFinally a horse you could breed all the Into Mischief mares to
Together with Into Mischief-line you will get a straight leg!!!

I know Accelerate has a stud fee listed for 2024. But apparently someone was at lanes end recently and said that some of the lanes end staff said Accelerate might NOT be there next year. That it hasn't yet been confirmed but that he might be going to the Horse Park

Only bred 9 mares in 2023 is he having fertility issues or is he just not popular? The horse park just got a new horse but it'd be interesting if the Accelerate rumor is trueTapitsGal wrote: ↑Mon Nov 20, 2023 12:56 pm I know Accelerate has a stud fee listed for 2024. Only two black-type winners, and not a single graded-stakes winner... That is pretty much not going to cut it by today's industry standards.Mylute wrote: ↑Mon Nov 20, 2023 4:19 pmProbably popularity. Grade 2 Winner Following Sea To Stand In Manitoba
https://paulickreport.com/news/bloodsto ... -manitoba/
He is probably the best prospect to retire directly to Manitoba ever.
Multiple Grade 1-Placed Reinvestment Risk To Stand At Jamaica’s Rising Sun Farm

Consider my expectations subverted - I swore it'd be the Philippines.
Provocateur will retire to McMahon of Saratoga in New York.

Anybody know why some retirees go to KHP and some OF? There must be some difference in how transfers are handled, etc. Just curious. I know that KHP calls theirs the Hall of Champions but Go for Gin was there awhile back. Was he champion 3yo, or because he was a KD winner?
