All breedings are a roll of the dice with unknown results but there has been at least some success from Sunday Silence line stallions over Gone West line mares. I'm not super familiar with the cross but these are a few I came up with: MG1SW Yoshida(Heart's Cry/from Canadian Frontier mare), MG1SW Fierce Impact (Deep Impact/from Smarty Jones mare), G1SW Keiai Nautique (Deep Impact/from Smarty Jones mare). Kizuna has himself has sired G2SW/G1sp Maltese Diosa (Kizuna/from Grand Slam mare).

Female family wise, I like Street Band's family. She herself is a G1SW on the dirt, her 2nd dam is a G1SW on turf, her 4th dam would have been a MG1SW if graded stakes existed at that time. Politely ran against and exchanged wins, with the best of her generation on dirt and turf. The family has produced a MG1SW in Australia in Manighar. So her family has produced G1 quality turf runners before. Add to that Istan, while he did his best running on the dirt, he did run on the turf as well, and his 3rd dam is a full sister to Mill Reef. You would think these lines would do best with turf lines stallions.

So I personally do like the breeding. I don't know that I'm an expert though.

Yes it looks like the Deep Impact x Gone West cross has been producing good turf milers so far.

Yes it looks like the Deep Impact x Gone West cross has been producing good turf milers so far.
Keiai Nautique (winner the G1 NHK MIle), Fierce Impact (winner of the G1 Toorak Handicap) and Maltese Diosa (winner of the G2 Tulip Sho) showed their bests going a mile.

I found a few more from the cross and like you noted about the others, most of these were also best at a mile:
