If You Believe won an allowance at Mahoning Valley yesterday, December 30, in race #6. She is horse #6. Most of the race was a snow shrouded white out!

Hit It Once More finally made it back to the winner's circle today at Parx in race #7. Blinkers on this time, so maybe that made a difference for him. He led the whole way. He's the #4 horse.

These Blues won an allowance for PA breds at Parx on Jan 29. It was race #8.

Quasante won race #6 at Parx on January 29. Her record is now 24-6-5-5.

I failed to note that Promising Run won the Group 2 Cape Verdi Stakes at Mayden on January 25. She was very hesitant to load at the start but won impressively. Breaks a long dry spell in stakes wins for Hard Spun.

Anyone know what that was they used on her to get her to load? I couldn't see it well enough. Was it a stick? or whip? Something a guy in a suit zapped her with on the hind legs 3 times.

Lucullan won race #10 going 1 1/8 mi on the turf at Gulfstream today. Rocketry finished second in the same race. Lucullan is now 7-3-2-1 and Rocketry is now 9-2-3-1.

Hit It Once More won the Haynesfield Stakes at Aqueduct today at 16/1. Led most of the way. He ran well in NY two years ago. Glad to see him get another stakes win. His record is now 24-6-2-3.

Card Spun won race #6 at Tampa Bay Downs today. Her second win in 60 starts. She also has 4 seconds and 1 third place finish. She is 9 years old! I wish someone would claim her and give her a nice retirement home. She should not be still running at this point. She has a nice pedigree. Broodmare sire is Dynaformer.
