So far, it doesn't look like a whole lot of those sellers are going to go home happy. Certainly (at this point) not many with much profit.
There's not enough money out there to pay for all of the horses being bred. Something has to give.

Weak final session cements declines at OBS August
The selectivity of the marketplace on both sides of the auction ring led to significant declines at the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Co. August yearling sale, with particular weakness in the open sessions.
The three-day auction ran from Tuesday-Thursday.
