But as for being "Top Dog" remember I spend half the time

This time - Lady Luck pointed her Fickle Finger of Fate
at the Ruff One with a DQ of Nawlins Kitty from 1st to 8th
which then moved me up the ladder to the Penthouse

Have always believed that Luck often is the name of the game

Also wanted to explain the reason I generally am not
