Is that Race The Wild Wind's last foal, she has to be getting up there in age? I remember her when she raced, always thought she had a great name.mariasmon wrote:Insearchofadream was 6th and Just Gorgeous was 8th.mariasmon wrote:Just Gorgeous (IRE) (Galileo x Halfway to Heaven (IRE)) debuts in the 8:45 at Naas tomorrow. A Shin Spartan(USA), 2011C. Zensational(USA) x Lady Tak(USA), scored his second career victory tying the course record (1:19.9) in Kyoto 7R 1400m turf allowance on May 17th.
4-2-0-1.

A Shin Spartan: #6 horse
Grandezza(JPN), 2009H. Agnes Tachyon(JPN) x Marbye(IRE), won in the Kyoto 11R Miyakooji Stakes 1800m turf smashing the course record as well as the country record on May 17th, becoming the first horse ever to cover 1800m turf in 1:43 and change in Japan.... wow!... even if Kyoto turf seems to have been too firm and too fast this year.
The beaten favorite in the Satsuki Sho (Japanese 2000 Guineas) sustained a tendon injury after the Derby in 2012. And this was his first win in more than two years.
10-4-1-1.

Haha. Yep, Pierce horses wear nasal strips. Shaft of Light looks like a good one, they don't usually send them out to win like that first time.BaroqueAgain1 wrote:That was a very impressive win by Shaft of Light...who happened to be wearing a Nasal Strip.
