He is attractive, but it was his sire, Dubai Millennium, who was THE most gorgeous horse. Mahogany bay, black points, fine-boned head with large dark eyes with the look of eagles. He was perfect...and gone far too soon. He gave us Dubawi from ONE crop...can you imagine the runners he would have sired if he'd had a few more years?

Blue Stripe's colt by Flightline, plus a picture of Blue Stripe. She has a beauty spot on her shoulder.

I think he prefers the terminology “compact sprinter/miler type”

He’s so handsome, one of my favourites for sure. Im also not a fan of a lot of chrome, love me a plain bay. Nothing to distract you from their handsomeness.

It’s funny - Dubawi looks like a chunky version of Dubai Millennium. But his foals… knock-outs that really resemble DM. Just look at Arabian Crown.

I was convinced Dubawi would be a dud as a sire given how stocky he is compared to Dubai Millennium, and the utterly gorgeous Echo of Light would be the one to carry on the legacy. Shows how little I know!

SW Treasuring (family of Better Than Honour) delivered a colt by Munnings. Lots of chrome on both sides of that pedigree.

I know one of HM Queen Elizabeth's later acts was to call. . .I forget who but to talk about Flightline. (Will Farish? They had a civil history.) I don't suppose she had the time to designate a mare to cross the pond to him.
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

I found the article, it says there were no intentions of sending mares to him.
