Looks like the filly has inherited her sire's unlovely head. Poor baby.

The La Nonna colt hammered for $350kKatewerk wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 11:21 pmA Valiant Minister filly who clocked at 20.4 sold for 360K. Not bad for a first crop stallion who stands at $3k.Katewerk wrote: ↑Fri Apr 16, 2021 10:33 pm One of the fastest works at OBS today (20 3/5) was hip 996, a gray colt with a modest pedigree. [Valiant Minister ex La Nonna - Unbridled Song). It'll be interesting to watch where the bidding lands.

A Justify half-brother to Tapwrit hammered at $1.1M at the FT Gulfstream sale. The current sale-topper is a Bolt d’Oro - Rich Love filly at $1.2M.

They really needed to be handing out shadow rolls at the Gulfstream sale. Hips 4, 27, 33, 71, 81, 82, 84, and 94 jumped shadows, some more dramatically than others (33 and 71 were the most impressive).
Hip 84 jumped both shadows and still ran in 10.0, probably part of the reason why he sold for $1.1m (and his looks and pedigree).
If you want to see some ugly action, watch 82's work at 0.25X speed. She's actually crossfiring during the first portion of her work, and corrects it as she crosses the first shadow
