The stallion register has him at 16 hh. Who knows how tall he really is though.

If he's 16hh, I'm a supermodel

That's a great video, he looks incredibly laid back. The fact that they welcomed fans to pet him and take photos with him is really cool on Claiborne/War Front's part.
They are really good like that, if the stallion is agreeable, they don't have a problem with you getting up close and personal. Told others about this before, in a visit years ago, I actually got to groom Coronado's Quest a bit- and he loved it! When I stopped, he shot me a look like- "why did you stop, I want more!" :D

"Oh, What fresh Hell is this?!"- Sheldon Cooper(quoted from Dorothy Parker)- Big Bang Theory

Funny, because one of the Claiborne grooms told me War Front hates having people all up in his space and touching him.

This isn't really stallion news, but I am loving Lane's End's new website and the stallion pages! Especially the videos that they have of them and the huge photos!

I think its a mixed bag. I hate the huge photos because most are out of focus and extremely blurry. However, I love the videos and the stallions individual pages look nice. The rest of the site, not so much.

I wonder if they just coded in the wrong photo because if you go to The Factor's page...

That isn't out of focus at all and relatively large. Though it does cut off his feet there (the one I linked)... I feel as though they just uploaded the wrong photo to use on the page that you linked.

I use Firefox and it does not look good there. Get a 404 message when clicking the Alan Porter link. Not ready for prime time.

The US govt should have some programmers that are coming available...

To me, it feels like whoever developed the new site did so on a gigantic monitor with a very high resolution. Anyone using a lower resolution (like my laptop at 1366 x 768) has to scroll a lot and everything looks too big for the browser window. I'm guilty of this on my own site sometimes, when I forget to reduce the size of some of the portrait-oriented photos.

On the page for After Market, the whole photo is chopped off at the top, from his eyeball up.

I'm using a laptop but this should not be

I didn't see this the first time, I looked at their website.
Lane's End
It is nice to show fans who is there, I've never seen a farm show that on their webpage before.

Its like that on my 24" desktop monitor also, but it appears they are all like that, not just After Market.
That is just a link to the video about each horse, the actual photos are below that. But they are so big, I can't see them on my monitor without scrolling. I can't enjoy a photo if I have to scroll to see the other part of it. I want to be able to see it all at once.

I have a 26" desktop moniter and it cuts the heads off too.
However, I want to live at Lane's End. You think they would let be pitch a tent out there somewhere? It is so beautiful.

I think the header image, the link to the youtube video, is done that way by design. If you want to see the full conformation, scroll down a bit and you will see a gallery of photos including the conformation shot.

But you can't see all of the horse on the screen at the same time in the gallery because of the header, you have to scroll up and down. I can see the top 4/5ths of the image, then have to scroll down to see the legs. Poorly done.
