Talk about a Blue Hen mare...and for a broodmare who has had a number of foals, she still looks wonderful. Who is her sire, Tachyon?

The son of Nijinsky made a big impact to the Japanese racing, even though he never stood in Japan.

Do you remember Japanese filly Red Desire who ran in the Flower Bowl (3rd) as well as the BC F&M Turf (4th) in 2010, BaroqueAgain1?

Like her good rival Buena Vista, she was out of a Caerleon mare.
Red Desire gave birth to a Novellist filly this year. (2/11)

Countess Lemonade is a half-sister to MG1 Duke of Marmalade and Epsom Derby winner Ruler of the World. Her dam, Love Me True is out of a half-sister to Weekend Surprise and Charming Lassie.

What is weird is, there are a TWO 2011 fillies named Countess Lemonade (both by Duke of Marmalade) one in GB and one in IRE. So three Countess Lemonade's and he is related to all 3.

Thank you so much!! He is adorable, I love all the flash on him. We used to have boxers and my favorites were always the flashy fawns. I am a sucker for lots of white on them.

Was hoping to possibly see her on the foaling cams this year, but glad that she had her foal. Very nice group here.
