As the stallion is not syndicated, Stonestreet, who owns 80% interert, has the right of first refusal.

Schumer sells a lot of horses to Saudi Arabia. :-) Of course, Stonestreet has right to refusal, so that is good.
Curlin is just coming into his own, has some really good horses.

Luckily he won't end up overseas, not if only 20% interest is up for grabs. Honestly, I'd be very surprised if Stonestreet doesn't jump at the chance for full ownership.
