Via Strata (Street Cry x Golden Velvet) won an AOC at KEE today by 8 lengths, making her 3 for 3. Final time of 1:43.92. She's won her races by a combined 16 lengths. I hope Godolphin puts her in stakes company next.

Great story too. Owner bought him out of the 2014 Keeneland November sale for $285,000 from WinStar, hoping he would turn into a good runner. He has won 3 out of 4 starts for his new connections and has earned over 500k.Izvestia wrote:I really like Race Day! Such a game little horse.

Deputy Stryker, a full brother to Curlin, was 4th in a claiming race at Santa Anita today. He was in for a $12,500 tag and was not claimed. He's still a stallion, too.

Aldrin (3/4 to Tapit) will try again to break his maiden Friday at KEE. After being highly touted prior to his first start (and following his sale for $1,000,000), at SAR last summer, he finished 7th. He later finished 2nd in 2 more starts, at BEL and AQU. An impressive win in his 3YO debut, in front of a KEE crowd, might again raise his stock.
