Guess the guy from Mandore was the winning bidder, but on the results, the buyer is listed as AL SHAQAB RACING.

I think Mandore is an agency....looks like they're out of France, but they could be buying for clients based anywhere.

I have seen that website. There is still a little bit of mystery about them. They bought Zagora and Eden's Moon last year at FT and some other big purchases at Keeneland November. But I still haven't' heard who they bought Zagora and Eden's Moon for.
