Serene Melody is entered in the Wintergreen Stakes at Turfway, but would need 2 scratches to get in. She is training well.

She's a half sister to SWs Patience Game and Star Queen. 2nd dam is Sam-Son Farm's multiple SWing mare Hangin On A Star, who was the dam of Canadian champion Comet Shine and Misty Mission (dam or Irish Mission and French Beret).

She hasn't done much since early in 2014, when she won 2 allowances on turf. I understand why they'd like her to be a stakes winner, but she may be past it.

Paulassilverlining won the Ruthless S. at AQU today. She is 1/2 to G1W Dads Caps. Noble and a Beauty was 2nd and she is o/o a half to Tapit. Dickinson (Medaglia d'Oro x Little Belle) was 3rd.
