Lynx ran a good 2nd in the Prince of Wales Stakes at Fort Erie today, beaten 3 1/2 lengths by Coltimus Prime.

Curlin kids finished 1-2 in their debuts in a MSW at Delaware today. Liza Doolittle Day (1/2 to Dialed In) won by 3 1/4 lengths, while Une Cherise (1/2 to SWs Pickapocket and Northern Belle) was 2nd, 3 lengths clear of 3rd.

Keening was 2nd in an AOC at Saratoga today, beaten 2.5 lengths. I think she moved too late. Had to come from last and was 6 wide on the turn. She still finished with a lot of energy.

Whisper to Curlin took the Iowa Breeders' Derby today at Prm by nearly 3 lengths. He's a 1/2 to Palace Rumor, the dam of Palace Malice.

La Grange, who broke her maiden winning the Cinderella Stakes last month, was 2nd in the G2 Sorrento Stakes today, beaten 3 1/4 lengths (clear of third by over 5 lengths).

I was glad to see Ol Donyo come back a winner. She will likely be in stakes company for her next start.

La Grange also looked good in her second place run, she stumbled a bit at the start. Hopefully she will only get better with age.

Miss Frost just won the Tenski Stakes at Saratoga by a half length. She was carried 5 wide into the first turn by Zinzay but didn't let it bother her.
