Can you tell by now if the filly's coat will eventually turn dark bay like Zen, or remain close to its current coloring? Looks like she's shedding out a bit darker?
She looks like she is shedding out to be dark like mom.

I would also say that she appears to be going dark like Z.

Wow that picture is awesome. I think his refined and sturdy look go great with that filter, makes it really look like an old time photo! He just keeps getting better looking and he's a big boy.

Obviously this photo was taken a while ago but Cozmic One and Jess's Dream conformation shots. Both are handsome, Cozmic One is put together a little better though.

Personal observations:
Jess's Dream's head looks exactly like Rachels!
He has a very nice hind, it looks like he is just starting to come out of the awkward stage, his front looks a bit lankier where as his hind is nicely filled out
He looks a bit over at the knee but it may just be the photo, hopefully he grows out of that
Also, in the photo I hate the fact that his tail is under his legs

Cozmic One has a beautiful head and generally is very well balanced everywhere
He does seem to be a bit overly long for some reason
His neck is kinda small on those shoulders

For me personally, it's hard to compare youngsters. They all develop differently, even into their 3rd year. But I'm not in the business, so I don't have a trained eye.

To me, I think they both look pretty good.

He looks as though he's getting his halves in balance--but he's sure a big developed yearling.
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

I do this to myself every time: I read social media comments. I know better, but it's hard not to stare at a train wreck...

My favorite so far, "He looks just like his daddy! Curlin was something else."
