Restarting this thread since My Titania just became his first ever stakes winner (a graded one at that!) when she on the GIII Weld Stakes, 10 mins ago! She raced in the Tsui family colours (same as STS) and is also trained by John Oxx!

Wonderful! I read where John Oxx has had a virus. I'm guessing he's had sick horses or has he himself been sick? Also any word on Zarkava's STS's baby?

Hmm I hadn't seen anything about that virus thing :?: As to the Zarkava foal, no news :/ Apart from the fact that his name is Zarkash

Just wanna mention that the German bred Sea The Moon broke his maiden impressively first out (was supposed to go in a prestigious 2yo race in Germany but some issue came up), and is now the favourite for the 2014 German Derby!

Lone Star won a 1 mile maiden at Dundalk today by 2 1/4 under Joseph O'Brien, trained by Aidan O'Brien
'Prominent, soon 2nd, challenged 2f out, led and drifted left briefly 1f out, pushed out and stayed on well inside final furlong, comfortably'

El Najmm (My Dubai o/o Dubai Millenium) was second in his 3rd try at breaking a maiden at Lingfield today:
'Tracked leaders on inside, pushed along and one pace over 2f out, switched left to inside over 1f out, stayed on to 2nd near finish, no chance with winner'
He is now on 3: 0-2-1

Really looking forward to seeing her there! I know that there is no hope of a colt making the British Classics so I am very happy that My Titania may have a chance at stamping Sea The Star's name among top sires! Even better is the fact that the connections are the same!

2 good runners for STS today!
Anipa (o/o Anna Amalia (In the Wings)) won a handicap today by 1 1/2 lengths at Windsor, she is 2 for 2 this year after breaking her maiden March 8th. Useful to note she broke her maiden over 7 1/2f, this was 1 mile and 3 furlongs.
'Soon tracked leader, ridden to lead over 2f out, steadily asserted final 2f, driven out'
Sea The Bloom (o/o Red Bloom (Selkrik-USA)) was 2nd also at Windsor in maiden on her 2nd outing. Useful to note she was racing over 10 furlongs, and she is nominated to the Investec Oaks (Anipa for example isn't). Granted she was beat by 5 lengths today.
'Took keen hold, tracked leading pair, shaken up over 2f out, went 2nd over 1f out, one pace and no chance with winner'

Munjaz (o/o Qurrah (Zafonic-USA)) broke his maiden today at Newmarket by 1/2 length. This was his 3rd run and his record is now 3:1-1-1. He is owned by Godolphin and nominated for both the Irish and Epsom Derbies as well as the Dante stakes, a traditional Derby prep in England.
'Raced centre in touch, headway to press leaders 3f out, ridden to lead over 1f out, soon hung left, ran on'
