I'm going to pick a "longshot", Hill Road. Closed into a paceless BC Juvenile to finish 3rd. Maybe a pace meltdown will setup for him, if he even makes it. Stayed in the US after the BC, not sure who is training him though. AMO uses a number of trainers.

I believe Jorge Delgado has him at Gulfstream. Not my first pick as a trainer, but I agree that the horse has a lot of potential.

Nice to see that some here are picking specific horses,
while others are picking sires, nothing wrong with that.
But I'd like to go off course, can I pick the winning trainer?
A guy with white hair making his return to Churchill?

I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Good chance but I haven't seen one that made me think, it'll be them yet. The way Barnes ran was impressive in that he was still able to win but that is about it. I didn't like his action in the front and he ran like a drunken sailor. I mean could be any of them if they get a pace setup like the Juvenile. Watch it be, Midland Money, or whatever that horse was named. Disappeared after his win, either the day before or after Nooni won her Maiden. And definitely was sprint bred.

They haven't been particularly brilliant, but mostly I just don't have any faith that his horses will still be in training by May. His attrition rate in the past few years has been absolutely wild. I'll spend time and effort evaluating them if they are still on the trail a week before the race, but no sooner.
