Was he poorly behaved? His connections said his post derby antics were an anomaly, but I hadnt heard anything about the BelmontEssential Quality wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 9:30 pmI pity the handlers who have to bring that horse within 10 feet of a mare. Especially the way he acted when nest was just in the paddock and post parade for the Belmont.Nenikikamen23 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 21, 2024 11:35 pmhttps://www.bloodhorse.com/stallion-reg ... ich-strike

In the Belmont he was focusing on nothing but her in the paddock and made it very clear he was a stallion. He was almost uncontrollable in the post parade and I remember his connections blaming “the filly in the race” for his poor performance that day. He’s a great example of a horse who should’ve been cut years ago and not just because of his temperament, he’s insane, but also the inbreeding he has going on.Northport wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 10:29 pmWas he poorly behaved?
