i remember someone getting called out when pulpit died for asking/suggesting his weight may have played a part (something i wondered too honestly but i'm not a vet, or even above-average knowledgeable). i know heart attacks happen no matter what, but claiborne doesn't exactly seem to take preventative heart health measures if you get my drift.

He was one I wanted to see in the Derby but it was never mentioned to be. Here's hoping he's got a long happy retirement ahead of him.

Unfortunate that both Tap It To Win and Enforceable are infertile, quite liked the both of them

Its impossible to know. They don't advertise their stallions and their online studbook is always two years + behind. The last year their stud book was updated was 2020 and he was standing then but that was four years ago.

It's next to impossible finding anything out once a horse goes to Saudia Arabia. Once a horse goes there they seem to poof.

If you can remember and you wait long enough, when the studbook updates you can check. You just have to remember for years and years. Like as far as I know, it was never even confirmed that Mucho Gusto went to stud their. Its just assumed by everyone because that is where his owner was from. I guess next time they update will be the long awaited confirmation.

If the horse is racing age and you know their name, you can search for them but the site is painfully slow.
