Wish I could see what they drew, but yeah it doesn't make any sense at all. I mean, I'll take it, but it's not like this is a weak field!CoronadosQuest wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 8:03 pm Crazy that City of Troy was given the ML favorite over Forever Young and Fierceness
What feed are you using? I've checked multiples on Youtube and twitter, haven't found on that's up.

Thank you both! How bizarre that it went down everywhere else.
I think 1 is fine for Forever Young, he's not a pace horse and could get a pocket in the second flight. City of Troy should have every chance to show the dirt speed they claim he has. Fierceness wanted to be outside and mostly is; Arthur's Ride is the only real speed outside of him, and they don't necessarily want him on the lead. Should be an interesting run to the first turn, but I wonder if the pace might end up a bit soft.

Yeah I was watching on youtube and then started checking the other places it said it would be on earlier. I think they got it back up on the other platforms, whatever happened.Tessablue wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 8:10 pm Thank you both! How bizarre that it went down everywhere else.

Oh yep, there it is. The timing was absolutely immaculate, like they just got all hyped up for the Classic and then... nothing.Flanders wrote: ↑Mon Oct 28, 2024 8:13 pmYeah I was watching on youtube and then started checking the other places it said it would be on earlier. I'm all behind on Takes now, but that was a brutal draw for Bradsell.

I fully expect TO Saint Denis to try to do what he did in the Alysheba and go guns blazing out of the gate but his connections weren't happy with the post position at all. Maybe he hates the inside

Some of the Seize the Grey owners are saying that it is going to rain on Saturday. Does Del Mar handle an offtrack well?

Thanks,.

It would be easy to point out a lot of simply bad MLs, but 20:1 on More Than Looks is just embarrassing
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

I’ve been told it never rains on California racetracks, so we don’t need to worry about that.CoronadosQuest wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 9:09 am Some of the Seize the Grey owners are saying that it is going to rain on Saturday. Does Del Mar handle an offtrack well?
Yeah the MLs are pretty bad in a lot of places. DRF has their own MLs up that might be more informative. City of Troy still the favorite, though!

I know Sodashi is retired now, but does anyone know if her connections ever had plans to race her in America at the Breeders' Cup?
