#4111 -- Gawd, how much worse are the names going to get??!! I've read even here that an office manager or somebody like that is responsible for the naming of these horses. But is it possible that a man like Chuck Fipke could be so oblivious that he doesn't see how ridiculous he's being made to look? It's not really even funny anymore. It's just freakin' embarrassing......frankly for the whole industry!

I was struggling to get it right, I couldn't for the life of me remember if it was d'Oro Lemon or Lemons d'Oro.. altho both are probably in use..

I think he named one of his horses Speightaperflady or something. It was a filly by Speightstown out of Perfect Lady (FR). Gotta be one of the most Fipkes to have gotten Fipke'd this year.
Tapitstaleofverve is also pretty Fipke.
I cannot do much but giggle at them.

I notice that MG3W First World War is listed as simply "stallion prospect" instead of "racing or stallion prospect."

Did he get injured? I hate that; he is one of my favorites this year. I was hoping he'd get a G1 win. Of course I'm glad he'll get a chance at stud.

I also see G3W Hopkins is only listed as a stallion prospect.
