Haya Zark was pulled up after breaking down. It did not look good and the announcers said it was 'catastrophic'. No official word that I've heard yet......

Glad for the filly. Wish they would give an update on Haya Zark the horse who pulled up with what looked like a severe injury. Continuous ( AOB) likely impacted by the injured horse, was forced very wide and finished last.

It’s hard to sift through the “Haya Zark” posts on twitter, as most of them are in Japanese, but it appears he had a pulmonary hemorrhage. No official word yet that I can find, though.
