That was what the connections suggested...but they weren't exactly going to agree that their colt is a right bastard.
I have watched more races than I can count and I have NEVER seen a racehorse so aggressively bloody both the pony and outrider.

I’ve heard that when it was decided to retire Winning Colors, she was sent to a farm in CA to wind down before she was to be hauled to KY to be bred. She and another mare were being lead to separate turnouts when Winning Colors got loose and tried to mount the other mare. Nuthin’ but hay, oats and water for her.

I know that when Steve Haskin posted pics of him visiting Rich Strike in Saratoga he wrote this: "Visiting Rich Strike. Sorry, no petting shots with this guy." So I assume that means he isn't all cotton candy and unicorns
