Cloudy Dancer(GB) - the dam of recent Royal Ascot winner Shareholder, who won the G2 Norfolk, is being offered in a 1 horse FT Digital Flash Sale.

She hasn't had a foal since Shareholder. Not being bred for 2023, aborted her 2024 foal, and not being bred for 2025. Will be interesting to see if she sells. She is only 8 though. A 1/2 sister to G3/MG1p Gale Force Ten and SW/G3p Rousay. She hails from the family of G1s Bianca Nera, Postponed, God Given, Simply Perfect, etc.

She is a BIG dappled grey mare but it looks like someone ate her tail or she rubbed it off :(

She is enormous. I was wondering if she lost the foal super late and that is why she is so big. Or if she is just that overweight.

Damn, throwing in the towel so quickly on Hades leaves a bit of a bad taste in your mouth regarding the Greens. Would’ve thought maybe sending him to the farm for a freshening wouldve been the next step, but guess not. I’m sure he’ll be very popular with middle eastern buyers.

Hades (Awesome Slew) was "not sold" for a bidding price of $490K. HRN indicates he is a "probable" for the West Virginia Derby (G3). Time will tell if he is sold privately or remains with the Greens.

G3W Nadette (Outstrip) sold for $420K.

GSP Real Men Violin (Mendelssohn) was "not sold" for $340K.

MSW Prodigy Doll (Shanghai Bobby), i/f to American Pharoah, sold for $150K. Family of Snit and Blind Date.

W Figlio Del Re sold for...$1,500 to William Nicks. Indiana? That pedigree though.

ETA: Per Facebook it looks like Nicks bought him to resell.

New Digital Sale platform Bidxsell opens with its inaugural Flash sale on August 28th. Salute The Stars, 2020 c (Candy Ride - Star Sighting, by Malibu Moon) will be the first sale. He won the Pegasus S. at Monmouth last year, then finished off the board in the Haskell(G1) and Virginia Derby(G3). Most recently he was 2nd in an AOC at Saratoga on July 11th. There are no listings currently though.

EJ Won The Cup, sold for 870k in a Flash Sale on FT Digital. He was sold to Najd Stud, which is the Saudi Arabian breeding and racing operation of HRH Prince Faisal Bin Khaled Bin Abdulaziz. I'm guessing Saudi Cup prospect?
