Is there anything about Parx that isn't a bit awful?

What makes you think I'm watching Parx today?
It's true I have watched in the past, especially during Professor Perloff's Mon-Tues. Handicapsule hours, but not much lately. I was mostly responding to Squeaky's observation, plus the various not-happy things I have read about the track.

Belterra’s looks awful also, and mountaineer’s looks like a weed patch in a desert, per my friend who was there the other day.

Haha-I don’t normally watch-having worked there as a vet assistant for 2 summers during nearby college in the 80’s, I don’t need to experience that cesspool anymore. I just happened to catch a race while waiting for TVG to show the Del Osks.

Your friend wasn't kidding. I just watched replays from Mountaineer and Parx and it's bad.genuinerizk wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2024 5:28 pm Belterra’s looks awful also, and mountaineer’s looks like a weed patch in a desert, per my friend who was there the other day.
