He isn’t, he’s an AQPS bred I will say that 10 years old is not particularly old for jumps horses though, there are plenty racing at 10, 11 or even 12 in some cases

Mystic Strike won last year's Virginia Gold Cup at age 14. Timber horses peak in their teenage years.

I just discovered a horse that has 20 starts this year, and throughout it's entire career, 52! The horse is Brannigan by Misremembered, he is 5 years old.

Don't know if this really counts as a war horse or what, but I don't know where else to put this. I was looking through workouts at Charles Town and happend to find a horse called Midnight Caller, who hasn't raced SINCE 2019, has posted a workout for the first time in 5 years this past Saturday. I though that was nuts.
