Batten Down (Tapit x Close Hatches) is about to run in the G3 Ohio Derby at Thistledown.

Batten Down went straight to the front and opened up. Looked like some horses started catching up at the head of the stretch, but he found another gear. Didn't switch leads...but also didn't stop. Nice colt. And pretty nice for Thistledown to attract such a blue-blooded Juddmonte horse.
