The DWC was about the only gap in Into Mischief's resume, right?

What races are important? Genuinely I don't have any idea. He hasn't had a winner of the Preakness, Belmont, Travers, Met Mile, BC Distaff, some of the G1 filly races(Alabama, CCAO)

I mean, all top stallions have “gaps”…

He is a very handsome horse, and I hope an experienced rider steps up to work with him. Stallions can do very well in dressage, show jumping and cross-country.
When their competitive fire can be channeled, intact horses are wonderful athletes.

Ramsey raced him..too bad Ramsey can't step up and ensure he finds a permanent home either at Ramsey farm or old friends or something

I guess at least he's being ridden maybe he'll be gelded and shown

If someone sells a "stallion or stallion prospect" for under 10k, I don't think they care. This one he sold for 6.7k.

And that's part of the problem. Part of breeding horses is ensuring they land in a safe spot

The kind thing would be to geld him. Honestly he is worth less as a stallion in terms of being rehomed. Professional riders with structured programs just arent looking for horses like this. His best bet is being purchased by an amateur looking for a pet. In which case, he should be gelded

Grade 1-winning millionaire stallion to stand for free in 2024 (Finnegans Wake)

https://www.racingpost.com/bloodstock/n ... Hdc5SUxaIW
Watching the approaching closure of Golden Gate Fields in his hometown of San Francisco and the struggles California racetracks face with field sizes, trainer and owner-breeder Eddie Rich felt he needed to do something.

Rich decided to make his contribution by allowing mare owners to breed to his stallion Finnegans Wake for free throughout the rest of the 2024 breeding season and maybe longer.

Finnegans Wake is a millionaire Grade 1 winner by Powerscourt out of the stakes-placed Silver Ghost mare Boat's Ghost. He is a half brother to stakes winner Puca, by Big Brown, who is the dam of 2023 Kentucky Derby winner Mage.

He looks fine to me. He just isn't obese like most US stallions are.

I think he looks good. Maybe a little like when you see an actor or actress at Starbucks with no makeup and a baseball cap.
