That's very sad news for those of us who sincerely follow Sunday Silence and his descendants.
May he rest in peace.

Ocala Stud, which stands him and bred the filly, says they have a number of his progeny that are training forwardly and they are over the moon with what the horse is turning out. They sell all their homebreds, so these youngsters will probably go to 2yo in training sales later in the year. The April OBS sale has 10 Win Win Win youngsters cataloged, including two consigned by Ocala Stud.

Out of the G1 Nunthorpe Stakes winner, he became the first Classic winner as well as the first male G1 winner for the sire.

It sounds like the son of Dabirsim will be headed to Royal Ascot next, either in the Prince of Wales's Stakes or in the Eclipse Stakes.
