Do you mean PUCA?
I can think of a "dammed reason" for her to go to Frankel - He's one of the best stallions in the WORLD atm.

Yes because as we all know mares are the only parent that affect the foal and dirt mares are NEVER bred to turf stallions.Danniwolfe wrote: ↑Sat Mar 23, 2024 6:08 pmLast I checked she doesn't have any turf horses lol.BaroqueAgain1 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 23, 2024 5:06 pm "Did anyone hear about pucca going to Frankel for some dammed reason next year"

Gee, maybe it's just a coincidence that the Japanese have been getting all those winners from American DIRT mares that were bred to turf stallions?

There is no reason she can't produce a turf runner. Her sire, Big Brown, was a SW on the turf in his only start(his last start). She is a half-sister to a G1 winner on the turf, who coincidentally was sired by a son of Sadlers Wells. She's young, I can see why he wants to give her a chance with Frankel. Better than her going to Into Mischief 10 times in a row.

This. A thousand times this. I'm so glad that Stewart is sending her to Frankel. I hope he will continue to dare to try "more unique" paths.Flanders wrote: ↑Mon Mar 25, 2024 8:35 pm There is no reason she can't produce a turf runner.
