Newgrange sidelined for at least a few months due to a "potential" breathing problem per Blood-Horse.
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

Well, I saw it on FB--might not have been from the Blood-Horse after all. (I mean, it wasn't just someone saying it, there was a link to an article.)

ETA Fanduel is still showing him as a probable for the DWC so I dunno.

DRF has an article: https://www.drf.com/news/newgrange-skip ... hing-issue

D'Amato thinks he displaced his palate. I would assume they are going to do tie-back surgery though they don't actually say. Just saying he'll be rested until late Spring or summer.

Just a pet peeve I've mine, it's such a common procedure these days, I wish it would be a footnote of some sort in the PPs. Just like you can see when adding Lasix impacted performance for bettor or worse.
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Messier won the Excelsior at Aqueduct but got DQd to 2nd cause the jockey pulled an Irad Ortiz and came in on the 2nd place horse forcing him to check slightly. Laughing Boy put up.
