Interesting cross. She is being bred to her grand uncle. Since Frankle is out of Galileo. Galileo and Sea the stars are both by Urban Sea. Am I wrong that horse breeders don’t usually inbred that close? Dog breeders do it all the time.

Language is a little opposite. Foals come out of mares and are by stallions. It would be a 2x4 (I think?) to Urban Sea. It's a little close, but not out of the ordinary.

And…it’s Urban Sea.ForTheThrill wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 9:07 amLanguage is a little opposite. Foals come out of mares and are by stallions. It would be a 2x4 (I think?) to Urban Sea. It's a little close, but not out of the ordinary.
Epsom Derby winner Masar was 3S x4D to Urban Sea, though the 4D was through a daughter (Melikah), not a son.

Forgive give me, English is not my first language and I often make mistakes. At least I am not like my mother who mixes he for she. Not every Brazilian has perfect English like Brunanas lolForTheThrill wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 9:07 amLanguage is a little opposite. Foals come out of mares and are by stallions. I'm very excited for this mating! They tried in 2023 but it didn't take. I was hoping they would try again soon.HB1994 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 6:08 pm Beholder has been confirmed in foal to Gun Runner.
