That was a great ride by Ryan Moore in the Pegasus Turf with Warm Heart. New track record for Warm Heart too!

She is super talented, its a shame that is it for her. Maybe someone can convince them to let her race this year at 4.CoronadosQuest wrote: ↑Sat Jan 27, 2024 6:09 pm That was a great ride by Ryan Moore in the Pegasus Turf with Warm Heart. New track record for Warm Heart too!

They're retiring Warm Heart?
Are they really that short on Galileo broodmares?

Great ride and win by Warm Heart. Glad to see I’m Very Busy get second. Rough trip for Integration who was blocked and could not find running room in the stretch.Flanders wrote: ↑Sat Jan 27, 2024 6:10 pmShe is super talented, its a shame that is it for her. National Treasure wins the Pegasus, holding off Senor Buscador. Crupi was 3rd and front running Hoist The Gold was 4th.

Got to say...National Treasure is a real gamer. He earned that win after being part of a fast duel on front, and then going on to hold on for the win.

I was impressed that he didn't need the lead and didn't fight Flavian when Hoist The Gold took off. Was this the first time he won not on the lead?BaroqueAgain1 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 27, 2024 6:51 pm Got to say...National Treasure is a real gamer. "Skippylongstocking was pulled up top of stretch by Tyler Gaffalione. Jockey said the horse got real weak on him so he pulled him up. "Maybe the heat got to him," Gaffalione said."

Me when I remember last year's winner, one of my favorites, died tragically

I haven't found any news, but there is a video replay of the race in this BH article. Maybe you can see something in the replay?
