Fans of Rich Perloff......just heard that today is his final day on air, hmmm?
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

NONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONONO :o
Rich is their best analyst, but the move to those shiny, new, sports-betting hires probably means anyone with a touch of grey in their hair has their time on-air is being culled. :(

That's cool. I know that Rich has stayed active in his theatrical interests over the years, so maybe theater will become his full-time occupation?

Think I'd prefer being around horses rather than actors... ;)

Ahhh yes, I'm reminded of his love for Shakespeare where Iago was his screen name at the now defunct Del Mar Fan Forum back in the day.

Plenty o' actors at the track, your job is to separate the good actors from the bad actors and wager accordingly :D

Yeah, if I remember right Alex Solis deserved an Oscar for costing The Wicked North the 1994 Big ‘Cap.

Like Mark Twain, the older I get, the better my recollection of things that never happened - But I do remember that race! Kent has changed just a bit.

The irony is that was one time Kent actually rode one out.

OMG...just heard Britney Eurton tell viewers that this is her last day on Fandrool!
She is one of the most horse-wise people in that crew of analysts, so this is a big loss IMO.
She didn't say what her next endeavor is going to be, but she did mention 'taking a leap of faith.' Hope that means that someone made her such a great offer, she couldn't refuse.
Bon Voyage, Britney. :(

Maybe she's going to move over into more hands-on work with horses. Like an assistant position in someone's barn (and not necessarily her father's). With her pedigree and broadcast experience, there's no reason she can't have success in the training game.

I believe she was originally trying to be an actress, so maybe she's trying that? She can always come back as a fallback plan. Guess she's also giving up the NBC work as well?

Or maybe NBC wants her as a more full time analyst?

She doesn't say what she is doing but its not horse racing related.
