LAURIE"S SECRET and OGALLALA both ran well in race 10 at Remington Park October 28. The former won and the latter passed a number of horses to finish third, though still well back from the top two. It was a MSW at 6 furlongs and the winner's debut race.

SNAP DECISION won the G2 David L. Zeke Ferguson Memorial Hurdle Handicap, still toting way more weight than any other horse at Great Meadow in The Plains, VA on October 28. So he has 2 G2 wins in 2023. There is no stand out horse this year, but I doubt he stands a chance at an Eclipse. His overall record is far better than anything out there, but those Eclipse voters have short memories and most don't follow the jumpers.

With his win on Saturday, SNAP DECISION became a Millionaire. Also just read an article that said he entrapped his epiglottis in the Iroquois Stakes last spring, so he had surgery after that race. Hard to run your best when you can't breathe.

INFORMED PATRIOT in the barn of Steve Asmussen finished 3rd in the Street Sense at CD on Saturday. A colt to keep an eye on. He is a full brother to Spun to Run who was late to the dance, but had some spectacular moves once he got there.

Well I am really locked out of the brisnet page now....on Edge, Chrome, Firefox and my cellphone. I am not sure why this has happened. It's supposed to be a free service and I have been using it since Hard Spun's first crop hit the track. I guess, results are available on the Darley Stallion page, but without the comprehensive data that Brisnet provided. So, I will try that, but probably won't be able to share as much data. Dang.

Brisnet's computers or network connection might be down tonight. I also cannot access. Try tomorrow.Happy Endings wrote: ↑Tue Nov 14, 2023 6:25 pm Well I am really locked out of the brisnet page now....on Edge, Chrome, Firefox and my cellphone. I am not sure why this has happened. MTO, you were right. Everything back on today. Including my original access on Chrome, which went down on October 14. Maybe they had to reset their server or something and that cleared out access problems for Chrome, too. Really bizarre. Glad to be back in action on Chrome because it was kind of a pain to have to toggle between two different browsers for racing info vs all my other internet activities.MTO wrote: ↑Tue Nov 14, 2023 9:36 pmBrisnet's computers or network connection might be down tonight.
