Trained by Kazuo Fujisawa, she raced consistently from 2 to 6 while winning four graded races including a G1.

She might handle the distance.

Macadamia(BRZ)(Hat Trick) has been retired from racing due to injury.
I hoped she would contest the BC race ....

Doutor Sureno(BRZ), 2018H. Agnes Gold(JPN) x Notavel Surena(BRZ) by Redattore(BRZ), scored his 3rd G1 victory very impressively in the G1 Gran Premio Latinoamericano 2000m turf, the biggest race in South America, for Brazil at San Isidoro, Argentina, on Oct 8th 2023!!!
Doutor Sureno became the 11th Brazilian horse in history to capture this prestigious race and the first to win it outside of Brazil since Jimwaki(BRZ) in 1998.

What a champion!

Equinox(JPN), 2019C. Kitasan Black(JPN) x Chateau Blanche(JPN) by King Halo(JPN), won the G1 Tenno Sho Autumn 2000m turf at Tokyo under Christophe Lemaire extending his winning streak, all in G1 races, to five on Oct 29th 2023.
He set a new track & JRA record in 1:55.2 for 2000m turf smashing the previous time by 0.9 seconds, as he became the third horse after Symboli Kris S(USA) (2002-2003) and Almond Eye(JPN) (2019-2020) to defend his title in the Tenno Sho Autumn.

I really liked Double Major's Prix Royal-Oak in Paris as much as Equinox's Tenno Sho in Tokyo yesterday!!

Daiwa Major(JPN), 2001H. o/o Scarlet Bouquet(JPN) by Northern Taste(CAN), is a first-class stallion, of course.
But how could you believe that the 22yo veteran, who had never sired graded winner going 1800m+ on flat in Japan, would get a G1 winner going 3100m in Europe?
He became the third Sunday Silence son to sire G1 winner in Europe this year after Deep Impact (Auguste Rodin) and Heart's Cry (Continuous).
What a year for the grandsons of Sunday Silence in Europe!!!!

I had seen that myself. What's weird though is that Steve Miller, who took over from Steve Roman, specifically said none of these ones count. Because this is where Danehill and Storm Cat's Chef de Race designations came from. He made Pedigreequery remove ALL Chef de Races that weren't assigned by himself or Roman. But I don't believe Miller and Roman ever bothered to do stallions that didn't stand in the US or Europe.

Daiwa Major(JPN), one of the best sons of Sunday Silence(USA), has been retired from stud duty.
He will be pensioned at Shadai Stallion Station.

Daiwa Major(JPN) won five G1s including Satsuki Sho, Tenno Sho Autumn, Yasuda Kinen and 2x Mile Championship while he was racing.
He earned JRA Champion Sprinter/Miler titles twice.
At stud, he has sired eight G1 winners including Curren Black Hill(JPN), Copano Richard(JPN), Major Emblem(JPN), Reine Minoru(JPN), Admire Mars(JPN), Resistencia(JPN), Serifos(JPN) and Double Major(IRE) to date.
His offspring did especially well going around 1600m on turf.
I was surprised when Double Major(IRE) won the G1 Prix Royal-Oak 3100m in France most recently.

I don't know which race was Daiwa Major's best among his magnificent five G1s.
But his fight back over Dance in the Mood(JPN)(Sunday Silence) in the G2 2006 Mainichi Okan is also still unforgettable to me.
He was such a game winner.
