Has anyone heard anything concrete on Classic Empire?

A lot of farms don't say anything until the horse is out of the country. So he probably hasn't shipped yet. He doesn't have a new export with the JC right now. IMO, if he is going to "Asia" the only 2 options are Japan or South Korea. Even if Coolmore never releases anything, his import will show up on Japan or South Korea's studbooks.Akitaperson wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2023 5:43 pm Has anyone heard anything concrete on Classic Empire?

Sure it could be somewhere else but I said IMO the 2 choices are Japan and South Korea.
Hong Kong doesn't have room to breed horses.
Sure it could be China or India but I don't think India would pay whatever he sold for, cause he wouldn't have been cheap. India also only breed their own farm mares so I doubt someone is going to drop millions on a stallion that is going to breed 20 mares a year. China I have no idea about their thoroughbred industry, sure they picked up Magician recently but he wasn't doing well at stud. I just only can think of one other stallion that went there, Jalil, and that was at least 10 years ago. I have never heard anything at all about racing there outside of when they announced this track they wanted to build alongtime ago, that I don't think was ever actually built. Think racing in Saudi Arabia is hard to find news about? China is next level. It could be Saudi Arabia too.
I would consider Turkey Europe but... most of it is in Asia. A friend from Turkey definitely considers himself European and he acted offended before when I asked him if Turkey was an European or Asian country.

Queen Anne winner Triple Time has been retired to Dalham Hall Stud. He comes from a great family but had 8 starts over 3 seasons. He looked like he had the world at his feet after Ascot this year but it never really panned out.

“Meet The Mares Of Flightline’s Inaugural Book At Stud.” Apparently the article lists all 152 mares.

I'm really glad to see him landing in Kentucky. I was genuinely expecting California for him because he never seems to get enough credit. He's already listed on their roster for $12,500, but I'm interested if it will be raised or lowered after the BC.Flanders wrote: ↑Tue Oct 31, 2023 5:11 pm Dr. Schivel to Taylor Made after Breeders Cup.

there's something wrong when every time i read that number, i think "only 152?". i'm relieved, it just still surprises me. we've seen some disgusting numbers (not that 152 isn't, or isn't at the very least close).KatieK101 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 31, 2023 3:33 pm “Meet The Mares Of Flightline’s Inaugural Book At Stud.” Apparently the article lists all 152 mares.

Dr. Schivel heading to Kentucky is a happy surprise for me. His BC Sprint beat a couple years ago was so brutal, and it was doubly brutal he didn't get an Eclipse nom that year.
Handsome boy, odd they already have a conformation photo.

My mind read "Cheapskate farm" and just went with it. Took me a couple times to get it right.
I see they also stand Irish Surf, by Surfside. I thought he was in Ocala? When did he move?

I'd guess 2022. He only covered 1 mare in Florida in 2020, no mares in 2021 and then 2022 was in Kentucky.stelladaniella wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2023 3:35 pmMy mind read "Cheapskate farm" and just went with it. Took me a couple times to get it right.
