Oh.

Facebook comments are usually a mess of uninformed “fans” who mainly dabble in Zenyatta and California Chrome matters, but to see the roasting Spendthrift is getting on their press release is slightly satisfying. Obviously Spendthrift can mop up their tears with dollar bills, and they don’t care what fans think, but for a farm that puts a lot of time into its social media, it is surprising to see the universal anger/mocking from fans.

Some Irish/UK stallion RMBs and there are lists of some of the mares who visited them (I refuse to type that out).

Frankel - 196
Crystal Ocean - 335 (I wish that was a typo too. His three previous books: 280, 302, and 356 mares.)
Diamond Boy - 242 (up from 82 last year)
Walk In The Park - 213

Typical NH stallion numbers for the latter 3, they have an extended breeding season so get to cram even more matings in. Walk in the Park is 21 so they may be "limiting" his book.

these numbers are disgusting, but 213 for a 21yo should be an actual crime. wtf.

Jumps stallion, sire of top novice chaser L'Homme Presse and the undefeated novice hurdler Impaire et Passe. He's a full brother to multiple-G1-winning chaser Golden Silver and he's an outcross by European standards, from the Clarion (Tourbillon) sireline with no Sadlers' Wells/Danzig.

He is a handsome guy, apart from his left foreleg which looks like an old injury.

With those numbers, at least he's an outcross.

I am really asking this question, is their breeding season actually longer though? I think they just start later and end later but its pretty much the same amount of time. I had tried looking for the information before and it was really hard to find anything concrete. I just remember seeing they prefer their foals born in like May. So I figured that meant the stallions were breeding the vast majority of their books in like May-July.

He doesn't have an export on file with the Jockey Club yet. They wont say until he is out of the country, if they even bother. My guess is South Korea.
