Also - what is going on over at Repole’s house? The man has been nonstop the past few years at the sales. He bought 11 yearlings yesterday for a total of $3.945m with only 1 being in partnership.

I know he historically stocks up and finds those diamonds (like Forte in 2021 and Nest in 2020) but man that’s a lot of $$$.

Hip 202 - f. Tapit x Lady Take Charge - second dam is Take Charge Lady, broodmare sire is War Front.
Hip 203 - c. Gun Runner x Lady Tapit - half brother to Kingsbarns. I also think he looks pretty nice.
Hip 205 - f. Constitution x Last Full Measure - 3/4 sister to Valiance.
Hip 208 - f. Uncle Mo x Leslie's Harmony - female family of Beholder, Into Mischief, etc. Not sure if I like her feet, but with that female family...
Hip 215 - f. Volatile x Love and Pride - mostly she's a pretty rose grey, but also her female family goes back to Cara Rafaela (dam of Bernardini).
Hip 218 - c. Into Mischief x Magical World - half brother to Guarana.
Hip 224 - c. Maclean's Music x Manki - full to Drain the Clock.
Hip 229 - c. Practical Joke x Melodic - I think he looks nice.
Hip 232 - c. Curlin x Midnight Bisou

It is interesting that he threatened to pull out of racing in 3 years “ if things did not change”…and I guess he and his advisors including Todd were “ forced” to sit in the first row ( heavens!) instead of their usual mid-row spot because of the packed house. I’m sure Mike made it known he wanted to move and he was accommodated. I wonder who had to ask the other people to please move for Mikey.

I find myself trying to get a good look at the front knees on the Into M's going thru the ring...especially after seeing the photo of IM's own way-wonky front knees.
