As good as some of these books are, I’m soo curious to see Flightline’s book. Hard to believe that it won’t blow most of these out of the water, except maybe Gun Runner, and Curlin/Into Mischief always get really stellar books.

Yeah, I had pretty much the same reaction and reached the same conclusion in the end. Another one that confused me no end was Folklore to Mo Donegal. I get that she hasn't produced anything as a first dam, but she's looking a lot better as a 2nd dam. This is probably her last foal, maybe her 2nd to last if all goes well. Maybe try breeding her to one of the leading broodmare sires?

Yeah I can see them not wanting to put a super high fee into her. They definitely sent her to good stallions in the past though. She's never really had a huge selling yearling. Her highest being Mystic Lore who went for 500k because of Contrail. Maybe it wont matter who the sire is, especially if its a filly. I wonder if anyone tried to buy her daughter, Penthesilea(by Bernardini), back from Morocco. I don't even know if she is still alive but she was bought by Fal Stud and that was the only one I could find.
