Beholder's two year old filly by Bolt d'Oro is now at Del Mar. She has been named Tamara.

I hate this and not because I hate people naming horses after friends and relatives. Tamara Gustavson is the owner of Spendthrift. Who names their horse their first name???

Imo Teena Ella still got the best name of her offspring so far. :)

At least Karin with an I was named after Eric's mom. Its just an a-hole move to name a horse your own first name.

Seize the Grey (Arrogate) goes to the front and hangs on to win. Nice run by MRH's Lukas-trained colt.

No, the track was sealed and they had just pulled the races off of the turf.

Heartland (1/2 Classic Empire) looked like he was out of it and came flying late to win going away. He looks so much like his sire, Justify

It’s wild because Into Mischief and Beholder are great names, but theyve fumbled the bag every time for Beholder’s foals. Maybe B Wayne Hughes had the midas touch with names.
