i'm guessing Sweet Catomine has been pensioned for a while — her last foal came in 2018 and she was last bred for 2019 (barren to Ghostzapper). Life is Sweet last foaled in 2021 and was barren both for 2022 (Laoban) and 2023 (Daredevil).

Does anyone here know anything about the following Galileo mares and their current status?
I suspect that these mares are now in the states after having visited Lord Kanaloa last year in Japan.

It looks like they are all currently listed as being at Ashford Stud. No foals have been reported thus far. Even if they HAVE foaled, that farm has been really slow to report in years past.

Thanks for the info, Mariasmon! :D
I know why Coolmore tried Lord Kanaloa(JPN) with these Galileo mares.
Lord Kanaloa had already success with a rare Galileo mare in King of Koji(JPN), a credible middle distance performer, who entered stud in Japan last year.
It's going to be interesting to see where these mare's foals will be raced.
I look forward to seeing the foal's reports soon in this forum! ;)

Does any body know when Zenyatta is due to have her War Front foal? Her connections have become so "tight-lipped" about what's going on with her (and her offspring for that matter), and I don't remember when she was bred last year.....if I ever really knew.

Based on her history, her baby shouldn't be due to pop before late April or early May, which is still 2 to 3 months away, but this could possibly be her last foal, and it IS a War Front. Her star-crossed War Front filly was arguably the best looking foal she ever produced, so I think this one to come is worth anticipating.

When is it supposed to arrive? TIA!

Wasn't aware that both Carmel Road and National Treasure have the same second dam, Proposed. Kind of remarkable that two of her grandsons are both on the Kentucky Derby trail.

I guess this is Zenyatta, given the caption and location. Please correct me if I'm wrong though. Looks very in foal. :)

That female family is pretty special, IMO, because they descend from Man o' War's full sister, Masda. Proposal's 5th dam, Sin Igual, was a full sister to Kentucky Derby winner Assault. Proposal's third dam, Mine Only, was bred by Peter E. Blum, and her descendants are still in his broodmare band. He bred both National Treasure and Carmel Road.

Talk about a purple-blooded pedigree. Really hope the foal lives up to it. 8-)
