Wonder why Coolmore changed their minds about sending Tuesday to Justify.

I was surprised both to hear Justify announced as her first mate and that they weren't sending her back to Ireland to be bred. And frankly, given she's only three, I'm disappointed they retired her, but it's Coolmore.

In terms of nicks (which I know are not the be-all, end-all), TrueNicks gives the mating to Justify a D, and the mating to Into Mischief a B+. I wouldn't breed to Justify, but I'm biased. (I never particularly liked him, and the pictures I've seen of his feet make me cringe.) The other two stallions on their roster that I would think are worthy of covering a mare like Tuesday are Uncle Mo (A+) and Pharoah (A++). But breeding to Into Mischief just seems like the "in" thing to do, so maybe they didn't even consider Uncle Mo or Pharoah.
