No. Saudi Arabia hasn't posted an update to their studbook since the 2019 edition. I've checked so many times but since they are only at 2019, it would still be multiple updates until he would show up. They put each year out as an update. At this rate, he'll have foals racing before the update is out. I've even tried to pull up 2022 foals out of mares owned by Mucho Gusto's owner (from the 2019 studbook) to see if anything showed up on Equineline and they are all no results at all right now, I give up after about 5.

mkay, so i just spent half an hour tossing all the mares registered under Prince Faisal bin Khaled (based on the 2019 studbook) on Equineline and got... absolutely NOTHING. he had 55 mares registered and only one had a foal in 2022 and it was not by Mucho Gusto. so that got me nowhere. there is a chance that for whatever reason the foals just weren't uploaded to the database, but other than that, my options are:

a. he just didn't support Mucho Gusto in his first year, which is... extremely unlikely, if not straight up impossible?
b. he did support him, but not with these mares (apparently he has ~120 mares, so that would leave about 65 other mares to be sent to him);
c. Mucho Gusto is infertile;
or d. he isn't in Saudi Arabia at all.

is there anyone willing to throw his name in a few studbooks see if he pops up? i don't remember there being a confirmation of him going to Saudi Arabia, just speculation based on his ownership. i find it strange we never heard of him again, even considering how difficult it is to get info on Saudi Arabia stallions. he wasn't just any horse...?

edit: i just went back to check and the lone foal born was foaled in GB, so that kinda leans me more towards the possibility that for some reason at least some foals born in Saudi Arabia were not uploaded/registered to Equineline. though i don't understand much about that as i thought it was an automatic thing once the foal is registered with the racing jurisdiction. according to Flanders, a few mares don't seem to have foals registered for 2021, either. does anyone familiar with either Equineline and/or Saudi Arabia racing know if this is a "regular" thing?

He was sent to Saudi Arabia according to this tweet. And no idea why I have never found that before, I know I have looked many times before but maybe this time I just chose the exact right words to find it.

As for why the 2021/2022 foals don't show up, according to the International Studbook Committee site they don't have to until July 31st of their yearling year for Northern Hemisphere foals. Which means they are behind or maybe they provided it and it just hasn't been entered yet? I would guess I checked around 15-20 mares for 2021 foals but maybe it was less, its really boring when I don't find stuff immediately.

The BH registry lists G3W Title Ready (More Than Ready - Title Seeker) as standing at Darby Dan for a private fee this year.

I think Personal Ensign's grandson would probably do better in a regional market but what do I know?

Well well well...couldn't decide where to post this but I decided here because he "still has all his parts."

10 y/o Fellowship (by Awesome of Course) is listed for sale on Equineline for $1K. He is a SW and placed in several graded stakes, including the 2016 Florida Derby behind Nyquist. He earned over $700K. He placed 8th in that year's Preakness.

I have looked for him online. If only I had somewhere to put him...

Noble Mission (and all of his chunkiness) makes him look like the perfect Junior Hunter. Though as much as I love his curves, he definitely needs the exercise.

Ugh. I wish it wasn't such a fun novelty to ride stallions, and to occasionally share footage of said riding.
The Shizunai boys also go on relaxed hacks around the farm when the weather's nicer. Such fire-breathing monsters, these stallions :P

He was a really neat racehorse. Not very many out there who are world-class on both turf and dirt -- I don't think he gets as much credit as he should. *end rant*

Sold for 70k to William Nicks. Stud plans not confirmed yet but he said most likely to stand in Indiana or Arkansas in 2023.

He likes to buy stallions/stallion prospects to resell as well, so I imagine he'll be getting at least some of the Calumet stallions that go through the ring at Keeneland on Thursday. He bought Behesht and Snapy Halo last year at the same sale.

I haven't been paying attention how long the sale has been running. The wrap up was posted at 8pm eastern last night on Bloodhorse. But they had a tornado warning earlier and are still under a severe thunderstorm watch, so they delayed the start of the sale. They will update at a later time when the sale will start.

The stallions are late in today's session, almost at the very end. Wildcat Red being hip 1563, the Calumet stallions (Hence, Mr. Z, Producer(GB), Optimizer, Real Solution, and Big Blue Kitten) are hips 1591-1596. Starting hip will be 1231.

Edit to add: The livestream has started but horses aren't going through the ring yet.

Air Support dies in India after a swarm of thousands of bees got him and another stallion. The vets team tried saving both horses but there was too much damage. Incredibly sad.
