How often are yearlings sold as broodmare prospects only? And what on earth happened to her that she is totally unfit to race? Just curious.

I guess they got the idea from Elizabeth Jones Valando, who bred Nobiz Like Shobiz to all four of his sisters at least once, some 3 years in a row.

It could be any number of things, but when we were in that position it was because the filly had been kicked in the knee by a mare when she was a weanling.

Her head is so odd. I know TBs can sometimes have a bit of a dished face from their Arabian roots, but her head is really short as well. It actually makes her look really cute.
