I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

So much for my "don't bet the Euros" angle, lol. They took home four of the top five places! Thankfully liked Mischief Magic just enough, what a kick.

Silver Knott going to be 1-9 in the Juvenile Turf later today...

The Platinum Queen was gunned to get into a decent position after the start, but she clearly didn't like anything about that track.

Tyler's Tribe bled and got a ride back, sounds like he should be okay.

Hell of a ride by Buick, and I was pleased by the effort from American Apple- moved first into that quick pace and didn't embarrass herself at 50-1.

There isn't any Lasix allowed in the BC races, and so incidents like this may happen again today.

My betting strategy is always "if Appleby thinks the horse is good enough to win this race, so do I"

If the dirt track plays like it was playing today and life is good is in the lead he might be hard to catch especially if irad uses him as a battering ram
