So this isn't really for tracking progeny but its an incredibly useful page for searching for Group/Graded Stakes results. You can pick year, country, track, purse, distance, group/grade, age, sex, or a date range, and as long as the race is Internationally open to all starters and is ran in a country that is on the list, the results will be here. This is also the same place you can find the International List of Protected Names.

It's mostly for racing in Serbia, but also has some information and results for races in Bosnia & Herzegovina.

A few more European websites:
Switzerland
http://www.swissturf.ch/equiinscription available in French and German, only search for individual horses
https://www.horseracing.ch/ need to have an account to access full information, all in German

Spain
http://www.agalopar.eu/ all in Spanish, can search for individual horses, track progeny

Belgium
http://www.bgalopf.be/ only has results and entries, can't track horses

Netherlands
https://www.ndr.nl/ combined website for galopp racing and trotting, all in Dutch, can search for individual horses

Sweden
https://www.svenskgalopp.se/ in Swedish, search for individual horses, track progeny

Norway
http://www.ovrevoll.no/ mostly in Norwegian, search for individual horses, track progeny

I don't know a good website for Denmark, but the Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark) overlap a lot and some Danish results can be found on those sites.

Poland
https://koniewyscigowe.pl/ in Polish, can track progeny, not always up to date
http://torsluzewiec.pl/?lang=en# results from Sluzewiec racetrack, can't search for horses

You can find a lot of information on sales and such in Japan on this site. I found pictures from the smaller sales that weren't available on the JRHA site. You can also dig and find stallion stuff.

I think tachyon mentioned this at one point, but umanity.jp is an excellent resource to track horses racing on the JRA circuit and has an English page.

Also, elturf.com is a great resource for all of South America, and you can track American runners of stallions that have served down south.

These aren't really for tracking progeny, but they do provide lists of current/former stallions, so you might find ones that you were wondering about.
